Join us for an electrifying evening at our Glow in the Dark Hot Pilates Party! On May 1st at 5:30 PM, the Sunroom transforms into a luminous fitness haven, combining the intensity of hot Pilates with the vibrant energy of a glow-in-the-dark atmosphere.​

What to Expect:

• Dress Code: Amplify the glow by wearing white or neon attire. These colors shine brightest under black lights, enhancing the immersive experience.​

• Body Paint Station: Arrive early to adorn yourself with fluorescent body paints. Express your creativity and light up the room with your unique designs.​

• Dynamic Hot Pilates Session: Engage in a 45-minute high-energy hot Pilates class, set to upbeat music that keeps you moving and glowing.​

• Post-Workout Social: Cool down and mingle with fellow participants, capturing memories in our glow-themed photo area.
