Terms of Service for MØDE Campus

1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to MODE Campus. By accessing or using our websites, mobile applications, facilities, or services (collectively referred to as "Services"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.
2. Description of Services
MODE Campus and its affiliated brands (including Liberty Launch Academy, Rock School NW, Stateline Speedway, Color Me Radd, Lantern Festival, Sparks Weekend, and others) provide a variety of services, including fitness classes, music instruction, special events, and community activities. Additional terms may apply to specific services, and you agree to abide by those terms when engaging with such offerings.
3. Eligibility
To access our Services, you must be at least 18 years old or have parental or legal guardian consent. Certain Services may have additional age or eligibility requirements, which will be clearly stated where applicable.
4. Account Registration
To use some of our Services, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update your information as necessary. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and are fully responsible for all activities under your account.
5. Payments and Refunds
Payment Terms: Certain Services require payment, which will be disclosed prior to your enrollment or purchase. Payments may be processed via third-party platforms such as SquarePOS or Opus1.
Subscriptions: Some Services may be offered on a subscription basis. Subscription terms, including renewal and cancellation policies, will be clearly communicated.
Refund Policy: Refunds may be issued at our discretion and in accordance with our specific policies for each Service.
6. Use of Software Apps
By using MODE Campus Services, you acknowledge that we utilize third-party software applications, including Kenko (Bookee), Optix, Hint Health, Opus1, and SquarePOS, to facilitate bookings, payments, membership management, and health services. Use of these apps is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies, in addition to these Terms.
7. Code of Conduct
To ensure a positive experience for all users, you agree to:
Respect the rights and privacy of others.
Refrain from using our facilities or Services for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
Follow all safety protocols and regulations, as well as instructions from staff and administrators.
Avoid any disruptive behavior that could interfere with the enjoyment of others.
8. Intellectual Property
All content provided through our Services, including logos, graphics, text, and media, is the intellectual property of MODE Campus and its affiliates. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use this content without our express written permission.
9. Liability Disclaimer
While we strive to provide safe and high-quality services, you acknowledge that certain activities (such as fitness classes or events) carry inherent risks. You participate at your own risk and agree that MODE Campus and its affiliates are not liable for any injury, loss, or damages arising from your use of our Services, except as required by law.
10. Modifications to Services and Terms
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our Services at any time without prior notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our Services will be resolved in the appropriate courts located in Spokane County, Washington.
