    Classic Barre

    Achieve long, lean muscles with Classic Barre—a graceful yet powerful workout that combines elements of ballet, Pilates, and yoga. This low-impact, high-intensity class is designed to tone your legs, lift your seat, and sculpt your core through a series of precise, flowing movements. You’ll work through isometric holds, small-range motions, and targeted muscle engagement to build strength and balance without adding bulk.

    Strength Barre

    Challenge yourself with Strength Barre—a dynamic, high-intensity workout that combines dance, yoga, and Pilates for a full-body transformation. Using light hand weights, you’ll enhance muscle tone, build endurance, and increase strength through targeted movements and controlled repetitions. In this 55-minute session, expect to lift your seat, lengthen your legs, and tone your abdominals while pushing your limits with a graceful, athletic approach.
