Midday Refresh: Express 45-Minute Classes
Need a midday reset? Our express classes are designed to give you an energizing boost in just 45 minutes.

  • Monday & Thursday: Gentle Flow Express

  • Tuesday: Yoga Sculpt
    (Please note: No Friday Yoga Sculpt for now—we hope to bring it back soon!)

Evening Classes for Every Energy Level
Looking for an end-of-day sweat session? We’ve expanded our evening lineup:

  • 4:00 PM Power Yoga with Kaylee – Tuesdays & Thursdays

  • 4:00 PM Hot Pilates with Brittney – Wednesdays

  • 4:00 PM Barre in the Moon Room – Mondays, Tuesdays & Thursdays

  • NEW! 5:30 PM Yoga Sculpt – Mondays & Wednesdays (A powerful blend of yoga, strength training, and cardio for a full-body workout!)
