Family-Centered Primary Care and Preventative Wellness
Dr. Kieran Gesko, ND, is a licensed naturopathic primary care physician with a passion for family-centered medicine and total wellness. Growing up as the eldest of 11 children in the greater Seattle area, Dr. Gesko developed a deep understanding of family dynamics and health early in life. She earned her undergraduate degree in Biology from Benedictine College in Kansas, where she also conducted research, and later received her Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine from Bastyr University in Seattle. To further understand and support her patients from a whole-person perspective, Dr. Gesko completed a year of Master’s-level Psychology studies at Divine Mercy University.
Dr. Gesko’s clinical expertise spans family medicine for all ages, from pediatrics to geriatrics, with a focus on cardiometabolic health, women’s health, diabetes management, behavioral health, and nervous system support. She is also trained as an FSM (Frequency Specific Microcurrent) practitioner, offering a non-invasive approach to pain management and recovery. Dr. Gesko emphasizes preventative wellness, empowering patients to take control of their health through education and evidence-based care.
Outside of the clinic, Dr. Gesko enjoys growing her herbal medicine garden, cooking large family dinners, and adventuring outdoors with her husband and growing family. Her care philosophy is rooted in compassion, faith, and a dedication to her patients' overall well-being.
