Tactical Coaching & Conditioning Training

Led by Cameron Hutchison, Strongman National Champion and expert strength coach, bringing years of experience in developing athletes.

Assisting will be Jess Rhoads, an active member of the local fitness community who loves working with kids and teens in both their classrooms and their gyms.

Strength & Conditioning

Monday & Wednesday

This is a structured year round strength and conditioning program designed to help kids and teens build a strong foundation in movement, technique, and body control.

Speed
& Agility

Tuesday & Thursday
10:00 AM

The name says it all! We'll be running cone and ladder drills to help your athlete become significantly quicker and more agile on the field or court.

Sport Performance Conditioning

Tuesday
4:15 PM

A class dedicated to getting your child in peak shape for their athletic season. Endurance, stamina, and sport-specific conditioning — all in one hour.

Sport Performance Vertical Training

Thursday
4:15 PM

In this class, we focus on building explosive leg power and improving your athlete's vertical jump — a game-changer for basketball, volleyball, and beyond.
