Your breath possesses the power to influence your consciousness, calm your physical body, and quiet the mental chatter within your mind. We will engage in an hour of intentional breathing, in a supportive environment, followed by a period of relaxation and rest. Breathwork is utilized for alleviating anxiety, aiding sleep, eliminating toxins, and relaxation. For optimal comfort, bring a yoga mat, a pillow, and an eye cover.
