TERRA YOGA

At Terra Yoga, we provide both heated, and non-heated Yoga classes. Our studio is inclusive and caters to the individual needs of each student. Through our belief and experience, combined with patience and calculated action, one can immediately reap the innumerable benefits of Yoga.

DL TRAINING SYSTEMS

DL Training Systems is dedicated to providing elite training programs for athletes of all levels. Founded by Dr. Dylan Lemery, DPT, CSCS, DL Training Systems focuses on holistic athlete development, combining physical conditioning, mental coaching, and nutrition guidance to maximize performance.

DL Training Systems’ new location at MODE will enhance the training experience for athletes by offering access to cutting-edge equipment, expert coaching, and a vibrant fitness community.

LITEFEET DANCE

Throughout history we have seen dance transform lives and bring light into dark places and times. Today, dance continues to bring people together and prove to be a way for us to let ourselves escape from the struggles of life. Dance allows us to truly become our best selves in the most basic form, and it becomes a space that holds no judgement, only the beauty of the art itself. Don’t just survive the storm, instead harness its power, lightening your feet and allow yourself to breath in the beauty of your true self.

26&2 (Bikram Yoga): Original hot yoga, 26 postures in a heated room, caters to all levels, enhancing flexibility and promoting detox.

Vinyasa Yoga: Dynamic yoga linking breath with movement, varying intensity, modifications for all levels in a heated room.

Yin Yoga: Slow-paced practice with long-held stretches, promotes flexibility and relaxation, suitable for all levels in a non-heated room.
