In addition to his business ventures, Luke Kjar is actively involved in community leadership and initiatives, demonstrating his passion for giving back and making a positive impact. As the co-founder of the Utah Warriors rugby team, Luke continues to drive growth and success in the sports industry while also contributing to the local economy and community. With a strong background in marketing and operations, Sammie Ragan spent 9 years with Spokane Sports, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, where she played a key role in driving economic development in the region through sports tourism, overseeing the finer details that made each event successful. A Spokane native, Sammie is passionate about her community and is honored to contribute to the creation of MØDE, an intentional and vibrant community space.

Lana Almquist is a dynamic and well-rounded professional with extensive experience in organizational leadership and team building. As Director of Memberships, Lana excels at fostering strong networks and creating memorable events. With many years as an executive assistant, Lana brings a wealth of knowledge in managing high-level responsibilities, making them an indispensable asset to any team. Lana is known for her ability to connect with others, build lasting relationships, and execute projects with precision and creativity.
